44 points above normal for hydrogen positive sibo; normal methane levels, less bloating on rifaxin but bounced back pretty fast. prucalopride 1 mg to 2 mg throughout my course (6 weeks) helped motility half of the time. looking to switch to OTC remedies now; two years ago i did great on seed, but that's a controversial one in this community so i am looking elsewhere for more frequented solutions to help with motility and also white tongue / very likley oral candida overgrowth (ginger, artichoke oil, oregano, etc)
