Eradication Phase with Rifaximin 200mg with NAc and PHGG for 8 days and Gome after this with new SIBO Lactulose Breath Test. Takihn Prokinetics every night since then. After this I had severe head aches, with being allergic to everything. Realized I had a Histamine Intolerance which got better after a Few weeks but Brainfog and reaction to Histamine ist still there. Having severe Leaky gut after stool Tests. Zonulin at 580, sIGA at 7500, Calprotectin at 94, high Prevotella copri and Sutterella bacteria. Trying everything: Probiotics without Histamine, Glutamin (reacting to it because of Glutamat), Zinc L Carnosin, Saccharomyces boulardii, Special Low Histamine diet. Nothing really seems to improve my symptoms and Leaky gut.
