The story
Have started having stomach problems almost a year ago when faced a bed food positing. After going through with food poisoning I have noticed pains around my stomach which lead becoming more and more bloated and constipated over the time. Through out the last year I have been bloated 24/7, I am not kidding I have not seen my self not being bloated, have really slow motility and feel like that every time I eat, food get stuck in the upper portion of my stomach. Constipation become much more uncomfortable and really have hard time fully realizing my stool. After seeing a doctor and doing a stool test, doctor told me to take restorolax for 3 months and slowly decrease my dose from 3 times a day to 1. I also started taking l-glutamine which have helped me partially to not get bloated. But overall the bloating and constipation is still there
